Our beverage factory has strict requirements for food safety, Guangtong customized a stainless steel pleated filter element for our filtration equipment, which exceeded our expectations completely. The R&D team of Guangtong had detailed communication with us to confirm the details on the drawings (including dimensions, material, filtration accuracy, etc.). This stainless steel pleated filter element fully meets our requirements. Its surface is polished to a mirror finish (roughness of 0.4 microns), and there are no installation problems. During use, it can effectively remove impurities from the juice while retaining the original flavor. The 3l6L stainless steel material enables it to withstand repeated high-temperature sterilization and maintain stable filtration accuracy, with a filtration efficiency of 99.6%, this has significantly enhanced our production efficiency and enabled us to successfully pass the FDA inspection.
